Hoblix Space aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process for coworking bookings. Please read our policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made before the scheduled booking time.
- No refunds will be issued after the booking time has passed.
- Refunds are subject to review and may depend on the reason and circumstances of cancellation.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@hoblix.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days if approved.
- Any payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
- Refunds may not be granted for cancellations due to violation of our terms and conditions.
- Special cases will be considered at the discretion of Hoblix Space management.
